PascalCoin Foundation is a non-profit, public company setup for the purposes of overseeing the development of the Pascal cryptocurrency.
Sphere 10 was contracted to consult on and build the organization. The PascalCoin Foundation interacts with developers, infrastructure providers, cryptocurrency exchanges and the community at large relating to all matters Pascal.
As part of it’s charter, the PascalCoin Foundation is the custodian of the Developer Reward generated by the Pascal protocol. As these funds belong to the community and the foundation is only the custodian, the Foundation is responsible for ensuring the funds are appropriated by the Pascal community ensuring full compliance with local jurisdictions.
Sphere 10 was contracted to build the internal systems which run the foundation, allowing the community to submit proposals for funding as well as appropriate that funding via democratic blockchain voting.
As agent of the foundation, Sphere 10 executes the daily operations of the foundation.
